Russ Wise

Russ serves as vice-president of Dallas-based Christian Information Ministries. He also serves as the resident cults specialist. Russ’s primary goal is to help Christians develop a Biblical world view by relating the Word of God to the world around them – especially regarding the teachings of the cultist.

Russ seeks to create an awareness of these non-biblical teachings in the Christian community, thereby helping to prevent Christians from falling victim to deception.

Russ has been a guest on Life Today, with James Robison. He has also appeared on Point of View with Kerby Anderson. Russ has appeared on KCBI radio on several occasions well as a host of other radio programs across the nation.

Russ has been published in a variety of publications including Spiritual Counterfeits Project Newsletter, American Exposé – Word Publishing, Sunday Digest – David C. Cook, Teen Quest Magazine – Dawson McAlister Ministry, Teen Life – Assemblies of God Publishing, and various articles with Probe Ministries.

Russ has spoken before such diverse groups as the Dallas Eagle Forum, The Association of Christian Schools Intl., Fellowship of Christian Athletes (both State and National Conventions), Moody Bible Institute, Wesley Foundation Regional Conference at Southern Methodist University, Choice Ministries at Baylor University, and various other schools and churches. He has also had the opportunity to speak at Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Bristol, England on several occasions.

Russ holds a B.S. degree in education and has been a student of the cults and the occult for the past thirty years. He lives in Richardson, Texas with his wife Wendy.
